Collin Bruce

I became a mortgage associate in April 2006, and became a mortgage broker and the broker of record for Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Mentors in 2009. The CB Mortgage team is Dominion Lending Centres’ #1 mortgage broker in Canada for mortgages funded from 2010 through 2022. As well we have won CMP’s prestigious Canada’s mortgage Brokerage of the year for 2015 and Canada’s Mortgage broker of the year for 2012, 2015, 2016, and 2019 and 2022. And Canada’s mortgage best use of mobile technology in 2018.

Just about 50% of the mortgages we fund come from past clients or referrals, and this is the biggest compliment I can get. I completely understand how confusing and overwhelming the mortgage process can be, so you can never ask me too many questions. Just know that I in this for the long haul, definitely not transactional. I hope that you are happy working with us the first time around, that you will continue to work with us for all of your mortgage needs in the future.

I have been in the mortgage industry for 17 years now. Throughout my career, one thing has remained consistent: striving to provide great customer service to all. From saving someone thousands of dollars on a refinance to getting a person into their first home, I take great pleasure in helping people achieve their dreams.

Mike Christenson

After graduating from the University of Alberta in 1997, I spent several years working in finance before becoming a mortgage broker in early 2008. I worked with Collin for 12 years before finally making the excellent decision to join the CBMT in May 2021. I love helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership and/or financial stability with proper mortgage advice.

Andrea Burns

After finishing my Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance at the University of Alberta in 2020 I started a family. Shortly thereafter I decided to jump into the world of mortgages, as this was an area I was passionate about throughout my time in university. I take pride in being diligent, thorough and focused and I’m dedicated to developing valuable client relationships and providing excellent customer service. I joined the Collin Bruce Mortgage Team in October of 2024 and am happy to be part of such an amazing group!

Allie Ramer

I’m a licensed mortgage associate and have been in the mortgage industry since January 2016. I joined the Collin Bruce Mortgage Team in July 2020. I am proud to be a member of such a strong, successful team and I thoroughly enjoy my role here as an Underwriter.

Barb Symes

I was extremely pleased to join the Collin Bruce Mortgage Team in July of 2021 as the Office Receptionist / Administrative Support. I’m new to the mortgage industry and am excited to be learning more about this dynamic industry and am proud to be a part of such an incredible team. I’ve been working in an administrative capacity for over 20 years, across different industries. I truly enjoy communicating with our clients, and being that first point of contact for most of our new client applications.

Jodi Scotton

I have been in the lending industry starting with a Chartered Bank in 2007; this is where I found my passion and love for mortgage financing. I entered the Brokerage World in May of 2015 and became Licensed in January of 2017. I have recently Joined Collin Bruce Mortgage Team and look forward to using my knowledge and skills to walk you through purchasing your home.

Monica Tse

Since completing my Finance diploma at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2001, I continued to gain my banking experience in the financial services industry. This provided me with a well-rounded background, and knowledge of the real estate lending process. I’m happy to have joined this great team in January of 2023.

Lauren Horch

My career in the mortgage industry began with a prominent lender in 2005, and then I became a licensed mortgage associate in 2011 and joined the Collin Bruce Mortgage Team in 2020. This experience on both the lending and brokering side has given me a thorough understanding of the mortgage process and document requirements, and I love using this knowledge to help guide our clients and create a positive customer experience!

Martina Burke

I have had over 12 years experience in the mortgage industry and have worked with the CBMT since 2010. In 2009 I became a licensed mortgage associate. I’m passionate about my job because it allows me to help people improve their financial situation or purchase their first home.

Monica Fenton

I discovered my true passion for helping people over 20 years ago when I started working for a travel wholesaler. Since this time the majority of my work has been in a human resources capacity, across a variety of industries. I’ve recently switched gears a bit and am dedicating my focus to CRM optimization and connecting with Collin’s valuable clients. I’m thrilled to have become involved in the mortgage industry and am excited to be a part of such an incredible team.

Randy Dailey

I have been in the mortgage industry for the past 18 years and joined the Collin Bruce Mortgage Team in 2013. I have gained a strong understanding of all aspects of the mortgage industry, which has given me the knowledge and skill required to ensure quick turnaround on mortgage applications.

Robyn Currie

I have over 30+ years of customer service experience, coupled with 8 years of real estate lending.  I joined the Collin Bruce Mortgage Team in February 2021 and continue to provide commitment and passion when assisting our clients to create a memorable and positive experience.

Julia Juneau

I have been working with the Collin Bruce Mortgage Team for just about 7 years, first as their receptionist and now as a licensed mortgage associate. I am proud to work with such a caring and motivated team who always go the extra mile to assist their clients.
